Jessica and her true love

Jessica was either having impossible targets or characteristics that didn't work well with marriage as the reason to her not finding her prince charming. Jessica still believed that those who work out are fated and she would not impose a character change to suit her dream of getting married. If she's not fated, she would still feel fortunate for being able to choose and would live alone happily.

Witnessing the marriage of many female colleagues, Jessica admitted that she once had the desire to get married quickly. Even though there was no lack of suitors, Jessica still remained sing! le. She smiled, "Many guys would prefer girls like the 'damsel in distress' but I believe that there would be someone who like my independence. I had the urge to get married immediately once and was nonchalant about it at another instance in time. I have had several female friends who had bad experiences in their marriages. I am fortunate that I am given a choice. Actually, I do not set high standards and only wish for somebody who can communicate with me and I have the 'feel' towards. I would not look at his financial state. Haha! I would have been married if I had looked at the money only!"

Jessica also mentioned, "I have confi! dence th at I will meet my prince charming but I am also mentally prepared that I may be unable to find one. I am not very worried about it. It would be sweet if I could share my experiences with another person. On side consideration, he would also be able to take care of me. I would not be rushing it and did not set any deadline for it. I would leave it as per normal. Since young, I would never plan for the future fir my work and relationship. When everybody else are planning for their future when I was still schooling, I didn't put too much thought into it."

Many people felt that their happiness diminish as they aged. Jessica felt that everyone would experience so as things would get more complicated as people grew up. Hence, there would be more troubles. She felt that we need to be more optimistic. She asserted, "I went along with my heart for the first 20 years of my life and would be unhappy whenever I was encountered with troubles. After I had sorted out my ! thoughts, I found out that the presence of unhappiness is to emphasize the value of happiness. I would face a problem with optimism and hope that everything would be better."
