Bollywood actress Amrita Rao, who struck gold with her girl-next-door look in Vivah, is back after a year-long gap with My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves. She says that she doesn't take any chances while selecting projects.

"I was working for the Telugu film Athidhi. Also, my films, which are slated for release this year, kept me occupied," Amrita told IANS.

"I have always been very careful about picking up projects because there is no second chance in Bollywood. If you go wrong with a movie you have to pay a very heavy price.

"I must say I am very selective. But I wouldn't deny being fortunate as good projects came my way. Otherwise, I would have just dreamt about doing ! something different," she said on her recent visit to the national capital.

The actress, who is essaying the role of an assistant director in My Name..., started her stint in the film industry with Ab Ke Baras. She earned rave reviews for her performance in films like Masti and Main Hoon Na.

The stock market surged higher this week. This was almost entirely due to renewed optimism that the end of the Fed rate hike cycle is within sight. There is finally good reason to suspect that is the case.

The market started rallying on Wednesday, ahead of the Fed policy statement on Thursday. On Monday and Tuesday, the market had gone through its recent typical whipsaw action. Monday the S&P was up 6 points, helped by some merger news and a good earnings report from Walgreen. That didn't last long, however, as the S&P tanked 11 points on Tuesday. This was attributed almost entirely to anxiety over the upcoming Fed policy statement.

On Wednesday, the market put in a late rally that led to 7 point gain for the S&P 500 index. Again, this was due to shifting sentiment about the upcoming Fed meeting. The news that day leaned bearish. The ten-year note yield rose to 5.24%, Nike reported a profit decline, ConAgra missed estimates on their profit report, Wendy's warned of lower than expected profits for this quarter, and Rambus said they might have to restate their financials. The best news was that Wells Fargo announced a dividend increase, stock buyback, and 2-for-1 stock split.

Then the big day finally arrived. The market crept higher on Thursday morning, and then rocketed higher when the Fed policy statement was released.

The statement was bullish because it reflected a far less hawkish tone than feared, and left the impression that the Fed might finally pause in this rate hike cycle, or even soon approach the end of the cycle.

The statement noted a slowdown in economic growth. This was in stark contrast to the previous statement which noted continued strong growth. The statement stated the obvious in that "readings on core inflation have! been elevated in recent months" but downplayed that by saying! that "i nflation expectations remain contained." Perhaps most importantly, the statement also noted that "the moderation in the growth of aggregate demand should help to limit inflation pressures over time."

This suggests that the Fed recognizes a need to wait for the impact of the recent rate hikes to have an impact. This is a much more moderate tone than recent Fed officials have given about the need to act to curtail inflation right away.

The stock market impressively held steady on Friday. The fact that there was no sell-off after the surge on Thursday re-enforces the idea that the move was based on a sound fundamental interpretation of the Fed policy statement. The market is now, once again, looking for just one final rate hike. This time they may have it right.

That will depend, of course, on the incoming data. The economic data this past week supports the conclusion above. On Friday, the May core PCE deflator was reported up 0! .2%. This inflation measure is not particularly bullish, but it is not bad news either. The core CPI has been up 0.3% three months in a row. This is the second straight 0.2% for the core PCE. The year-over-year gain was unchanged at 2.1%. The market viewed the number favorably on the belief that stable inflation now is fine if it declines in the second half of the year when economic growth slows.

The other economic reports were mixed. May new home sales rose 4.6% after a large April decline. May existing home sales were off 1.2%. First quarter real GDP was revised slightly higher to a 5.6% annual rate from a previous 5.3%. (That was old news as far as the market was concerned.) New claims for unemployment for the week ended June 24 were little changed. May personal income and spending eased to a very moderate 0.4% in each category. The June Chicago PMI survey of manufacturing con! ditions dipped to 56.5 from 61.5 in May.

On balance! , the da ta reflects slower economic growth.

The attention now turns to upcoming second quarter earnings reports. The action starts on July 10 with Alcoa. The reporting schedule gets very heavy starting July 17. Forecasts are for aggregate operating earnings for the S&P 500 to be up about 10%. That's a pretty solid gain. The market doesn't typically react to a good earnings season until well into the reports.

Nevertheless, a shift to this positive aspect for the market could well lend support to the improved tone that developed this past week.

There is an opening on the driver's side. This will reach to the amplifier. If the am is in the back, then it is best that you run the wire under the plastic molding that is found along the bottom edge of your car. The wire and the power cable should never twirl and tie up.

Finally, connect everything to the car stereo amplifier. Strip as much as you can at the end of every wire in order to make the connection really solid and stable. Do not have any wire exposing itself. If there are, then attach the amp with the 12-gauge speaker wire.

News :10 Ways to Make Money with MySpace

I've dug around the web and haven't really found any useful guide to making money with MySpace and so I've decided to come up with my own list of methods you can use to earn some extra money from MySpace.

Most of the items on this list came from several webmaster friends who earned a consistent income through the funneling of MySpace traffic to highly relevant websites with various monetization options.

Depending on your personal ethics, some of the methods on the list may not be methods that you will want to pursue. That's perfectly fine. My aim was just to record down a list of the ways that one can possibly use to make money through MySpace.

Here is the list in full:

1. Bulletin-based Advertising . Mastering this is the first and most fundamental step towards making money with MySpace. Add as many friends as possible (either manually or through automated software) and learn to send out bulletins or comments which drive traffic towards your money-making sites.

   Depends on how targeted or aggressive your broadcasting, these methods can be regarded by MySpace and other users as spam.

2. Use Affiliate programs. Direct Myspace traffic to your website which contains your affiliate links or product feeds. I suggest going for Cost Per Action programs which only require the visitor to submit his or her email address or sign up for a free account with any website.

   Dating network, free X360 offers or ringtones would generally do well although some affiliate networks may not be too pleased if you primarily get all your affiliate traffic from MySpace alone. Mixing MySpace into your overall affiliate marketing strategy will be more balanced and useful.

3. Start a MySpace Resource site. Your aim is to make money through Adsense and other advertising by driving MySpace traffic to your site.

   The main attraction of your site will be the availability of free MySpace resources such as templates, codes, graphics and survey generators etc. Note however, that many webmasters have reported poor click values for MySpace resource sites because of the low paying ads.

4. Create dozens of accounts everyday and sell them to webmasters which are looking to promote their website on MySpace. There is actually demand for multiple Myspace accounts in webmaster and affiliate marketing forums.
5. Offer Advertising Space for webmasters and businesses. This will only work if you have a large number of friends on your MySpace accounts. You can probably charge webmasters a fee for putting up a link to their website or business.

   This is usually done through bulletin-style notices that go out to multiple members or mass commenting. Think of it as something similar to an email list.

6. Partner with independent musicians and bands to reach out to their fan base. This will allow you to get some sales for your products if they are highly relevant. I suppose that T-shirts and fashion accessories will do well when they receive personal recommendations from musicians.
7. Create and Sell Myspace scripts or templates. You can either set up your own website to sell these templates or sell them to MySpace Resource websites, who ar e always looking for new material. Keeping the price competitive is an important factor here.
8. Build a MySpace website around your business. For example, if you are selling shoes, you could build a MySpace page which highlights a specific section of your website (E.G. sports sneakers, vintage shoes) which would appeal to the MySpace market. This will usually get some visitors to your website and may lead to actual sales.
9. Start a Proxy site. Proxies are websites, which allow users to surf websites which may be banned in a specific locality. They are usually monetized by Adsense or other types of contextual based advertising.

   Proxies are popular with the MySpace crowd because it allows them to bypass web filters that are set up by the schools or businesses to block Myspace websites. There are a lot of proxies out t here and competition for MySpace and other internet users is quite strong.

   I suggest getting into the Proxy business only if you really know how to promote your proxy effectively on both MySpace and the search engines.

10. Use MySpace Groups for targeted marketing. Visit the category relevant to your business and carefully drop targeted links to your website, which should contain useful content alongside affiliate programs/Adsense.

Like any other type of market, picking a highly relevant affiliate program or website and promoting it through MySpace is absolutely vital for monetary success.

The MySpace market is made up of mostly teenagers, so choosing products or website s which appeal to their interests would be very useful indeed.
